Action with Brian Talma

Brian has lived action all his life – with the biggest smile you have ever seen. And this energy is contagious. As it happens, we live at his little colourful beach house at the best possible spot on Barbados: amazing kiting every day for 2 weeks directly at the Silver Sands beach, including a nice wave running out the back at the reef, kiting/surfing at Surfer’s Point just half a km up the coast, and some of the most family friendly surfing I have seen at Freights, with more powerful lefts at South Point just a bit closer to the lighthouse. Crowds? Just a few locals and the odd tourist who happens to be here.

We ride and fly and feel the wind, the ocean, the sand, the sun, the chilled vibe – the pure elements that really matter. We see big pure smiles from these kids every day. The time in wind and waves is very meditative. After a few days at Brian’s our “life at home” seems very far away – we are breathing the Carribbean energy and air now…
